Eskisehir Spa & Thermal Hotel is mid-rise building which has built around a spa and wellness centre. It covered 45.000 m2 as a total construction area. As spa and wellness centre is situated in centre of hotel, the surrounding area consists of hotel, wedding venue and the bungalows for the guests. What makes this hotel naturally sustainable is its location which is close to the geothermal water source. At the underground spa and wellness centre is located which takes the benefit from the geothermal water source. The roof of the same contains sunbath terrace, pools and pool deck. This geothermal feature is not only placed in underground but also used in the hotel walls in order to heat the place in winters. It seems that it has constructed in order to take every from mother earth including solar and thermal energy.
