Iconic and attractive Chrysler Building has set USA in global stage due to its astonishing design with sky kissing height. It is located in the East Side of Midtown Manhattan in New York, lies at the cross road of 42nd Street and Lexington Avenue in the Turtle Bay neighborhood. Designed by leading Brooklyn born architect William Van Alen, the construction of Chrysler Building has started from 1928 and completed in 1930. It was the tallest building in 1930 around the world, held in that position for 11 months. Later on, World Trade centre became the tallest building in 1931. Chrysler Building is the classic example of Art Deco Architecture. In 2007, it was listed at seventh rank by American Institute of Architects on the List of America's Favourite Architecture. 

Chrysler Building is an office building, contains 77 floors with the height of 1,046 ft. It constructed from steel frame and metal framing, covered with white brick and dark gray brickwork. The spire of building is designed as crescent shaped steps made by stainless steel, representing stylized sunburst motif. Below the motif there is a steel gargoyle portraying American Eagles which staring over the whole city. The entrance lobby of Chrysler is 3 storey high with triangular shape containing  the entrance from three sides- Lexington Avenue, 42nd and 43rd Streets. The lobby is embellished with sienna-colored floor, onyx, blue marble, steel and Red Moroccan marble walls. The top spire also contains lighting facility. At 31st floor there is a corner ornamentation of Chrysler radiator caps. Due to its Art Deco Style.
