Both the blocks have their own unique design which is connected by a common reception and entrance area. The corporate block is designed in triangular shape building with six storey which was covered by a frameless glass which allows the connection of workers with nature. It is standing on a spaced out embattled column. The façade of corporate block is strikingly unique in terms of architecture setting as it curves while reaching up. The system of glazing has adopted by the skin of corporate block. In case of other block i.e. developmental has the first structure in South East Asia which has utilised the stay-cable construction. It is a three-sided building with point fixed glazing. Each floor consist of glass façade amongst which intermediate floors have circular plate while other three floors have cross shaped plan. Both the building is surrounded by a water body which is a pass of access for the I-Flex to nature. It is one of the best buildings of India not only in terms of design but also from the perspective of engineering which is innovative as well as creative.
